Explanation of Jetabroad's Fees & Airline Charges

Wherever possible, all fees, taxes and charges associated with the purchase of air travel are included in Jetabroad's airfare search process. Additional charges may be applied by Jetabroad and participating airlines for additional services. Jetabroad's booking fees and payment fees are non-refundable.

Ticket changes (including reissue, revalidation, itinerary change, upgrade)

Any change to a ticketed reservation requires Jetabroad to re-issue or re-validate the ticket. Changes may not be permitted.

Airline change fees apply to each individual ticket issued.

Ticket cancellation and refund

Jetabroad charges a service fee for refunds related to partial or complete cancellation of a flight booking or reservation

Many airfares are non-refundable, nor changeable once purchased. Partially flown tickets are generally non-refundable.

Each airline has a cancellation policy specific to each airfare.

In addition to Jetabroad's fee, if a ticket is partially or fully refundable, airlines may charge a cancellation penalty of between 0% and 90% of the fare value of each ticket. Each airline has a specific cancellation policy specific to each airfare.

Tax only refund for non-refundable ticket cancellation

In cases where an Airfare is non-refundable and unused, a tax refund may be permitted. When tax refunds are permitted, Jetabroad charges a processing fee.

Name correction

Names provided for ticketing purposes must exactly match names as they appear on each traveller's passport. Name change policy varies from airline to airline. Some airlines do not allow name changes at all – so please ensure the names provided in your reservation match your passport details.

The process of correcting the name provided in the booking (and therefore reflected on your ticket) is governed by the individual airline's policy and the multiple steps involved are then processed by Jetabroad.
